DESIGN
With 25+ years of experience, our design team brings brands to life using advanced software, including AI. We can refine your existing design, create something unique, or help you use our 3D DYO tool.
COLOURS
We ensure accurate colour matching for all products, including reorders, using PMS references and sample swatches. We also work with suppliers to match colours even on small orders.
SUBLIMATION PRINT
We print designs onto special paper and heat-press them onto fabric, turning ink into gas that bonds permanently. This creates vibrant, long-lasting prints, perfect for custom details like names and numbers.
CUTTING
Our laser cutting technology ensures precision and a perfect fit, eliminating errors from manual cutting.
SEWING
Our sewing production lines are staffed by highly skilled and experienced technicians. Our manufacturing facilities follow strict SEDEX/Smeta guidelines to ensure safe and ethical manufacturing.
EMBROIDERY & APPLIQUE
Using high-quality embroidery machines and expert digitizing, we create professional logos and custom designs, including 3D embroidery, appliqué, woven badges, and printed embroidery.
SCREEN PRINTING
We use automatic and hand screen printing for medium to large runs, offering specialty techniques like puff printing, metallic inks, and silicone gripper prints for rugby jerseys.
DTG, DTF & HEAT SEAL
For smaller runs, we offer DTG printing on cotton, DTF transfers for garments and bags, and vinyl heat seal transfers—great for last-minute jersey sponsors or numbers.
FABRIC CHOICE
We offer a wide range of fabrics, including SUSTEX (100% recycled yarn with UV protection) and ZEUS-X, a performance-enhancing fabric coming soon.
QUALITY CONTROL

PACKAGING
